Here is the scenario:

On IMail Server,
1) Create virtual host
2) Create list
3) Use script to write to user.txt file in list folder

Absolutely will not work. Behaves as if folder does not have
write/executable permissions. Top directory has these permissions. When list
folder is created, it also has these permissions.

But, if instead we do this:

On IMail Server,
1) Create virtual host
2) Manually create list folders and user.txt file
3) Create list
4) Use script to write to user.txt file in list folder
It works perfectly.

Can anyone tell us what IMail is doing to the list folder/files it creates
that prevents them from being written to using a script? We need to get the
first scenario to work in order to provide a bulk user import function for
our customers to use with their list(s).
