Pelle, On the SMTP Security tab, select these things:
No Mail Relay Allow remote mail to local groups Check valid sender Auto-deny possible hack attempts All setting "No Mail Relay" does is force users of Outlook Express, etc. to click the "My server requires authentication" box on the Servers tab. Users of WebMail won't notice any difference at all. You will want to send out a notice to everyone using your mail system letting them know of the change. Provide them with instructions on how to setup their email programs to authenticate. We have a page up at http://whathelps.com/emailinstructions.html that you can copy off of, if you want.
