It's saying they are blocking you via however means they have chosen. You may need to check with them. Also, make sure that their IP isn't in any of the block lists on the Imail Server.

I looked that domain name up and it shows up on some black lists, but it doesn't appear to be a black list itself. So how can it be blocking us? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
