Well that's typical. Someone blames the problem on you and then sends
you a log from their server with the same damn error repeated over and
over again. The issue is the line:
l...@receiver-domain.com R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (-1): smtp
transport process returned non-zero status 0x000f: terminated by signal 15
I'm not an Exim expert, but you can Google this. The problem is on
their end. The old "no one else is having problems" is either a newb or
a lazy response meant to substitute for knowledge. I wonder if they
just simply lease the server and operate it through a control panel?
That's my guess at least.

I've been racking my brains on this one.
We've had someone sending email to a domain we host - and we need to
get it to work because the messages are being generated by their web
server (domain X) being sent to their every day domain (domain Y)
Here's all we see in our logs:
12:13 08:33 SMTPD(b9c3025a000067de) [192.168.2.88] connect 67.15.172.7
port 48389
12:13 08:33 SMTPD(b9c3025a000067de) [67.15.172.7] EHLO
serv01.siteground120.com
That's it. There is nothing after the EHLO message.
They're sending from an Ensim server setup. They've sent me a snippet
from their logs:

They're claiming that they're making the connection and are timing out
waiting for a response from IMail. I don't see anything on our end
saying there is any issue here, and I'm wondering if there is a
problem on their end listening for the response to the EHLO
they claim it only happens with our server. We don't have this
problem with anyone else. its been going on for at least a couple of
weeks.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
