Hello - I have a user who is getting messages that their mailbox is nearly full and that they should remove some messages. We are running Imail 8.2x. Our main domain has a value of 0 set for the max mailbox size. I am then setting each of the virtual domains separately (the same, but this particular domain - mine - has a much higher value).
The values on this domain are set as follows: Default Max Mailbox Size: 750000000 Single Message Max. Size: 5242880 He has a total of 66MB in his folder, including all of the various files that are in there. This happened a few months back and we had to purge mailboxes to keep from having issues. Does this feature just not work, or am I setting something wrong on it? Thanks for any thoughts.
