Hi Everyone - One of our users is sending out correspondence with a group who he "thought" were still clients of his. One of them appears to think otherwise and is declaring his messages as spam. I got the friendly message from AOL as follows:
This is an email abuse report for an email message with the message-id of rfq4sudhocnwtl9dqcmtntg2oti...@portable received from IP address 8.7.193.82 on Tue, 20 Jan 2009 13:00:15 -0500 I understand that the message-ID will help you determine who the guilty party is. However, I don't see anything like that in our log files. Am I missing something? Thanks!
