What files exist in her folder?  Other than the main.mbx?

I checked that, there is no restriction on mail box size, and when
displaying information about the account via the web administration page,
the box shows that both the Main and Sent boxes are both 'OK'.

Any other thoughts?  This is an important box to fill, she's the one who
signs the paycheck!
