I agree.  MAPS RBL and DUL worked well for me in the past.
I miss it actually since most of the GeoList attacks are coming
from dialups that are listed in DUL.

I would think the inclusion of this feature would be much like
the option to refuse NUL senders.  Not actually RFC compliant
and the admin has a choice to use it or not.  If one admin disagrees
with ORBS then they do not have to use it.  Same with MAPS.
