Thanks - I've got a couple of questions about the description of imailsrv.pl
I found there ...

>>> This perl script for IMail users allows you to add users to a list by
filling out a html form. This package comes with imailcgi, a command line
emailer that is used by the perl script and must be installed on your web
server. <<<

A) Will imailsrv.pl add/remove users to the files containing mailing list
subscribers, or will it send an email with command lines?
As I understand, the only way a subscriber gets a welcome message is by
subscribing via an email with the command, listname and subscribername.
And I don't recall getting a welcome message when I used the form to
subscribe to this list.

B) As the owner of a virtual domain
(is that what this is called, where I'm not the one who owns and runs the
server?).
what do I need to do, and what will I need to ask the hosting company to do,
in order to implement imailsrv.pl ?
That is, I gather from the description that I must ask the hosting company
to install imailcgi - anything else?
