Hello All, Sorry for the slightly Off-Topic, but I need some help figuring out why some users can not e-mail me without having to try multiple times. If they e-mail me and get the "Unknown User", they try again and it goes through. The text below is an example of 3 attempts to get one message to me. If anyone can point me toward a toll I can use to check this on my own, that would be great also. I do not run the DNS, our server is co-located and they do this for us.
