Gary, you'll need to make sure that your ISP allows you to run scripts and
has perl installed.  Other than that, you just have to customize the files
with the names of your lists and list owners.  For question A, imailsrv.pl
sends a spoofed e-mail, so you should get the confirmation message as usual.
