[IMail Forum] Max Size Registry Hack

A while ago, someone posted a registry location where a person could limit
the size of outgoing messages.  Well, I put it in, and it works great.  Now,
I want to up the limit, but I have deleted the message.  Anybody got that
one that they could re-post?
