The actual answer was not really a solution. I think they are going to revert to Imail using the System time instead of setting it separately in the Imail Control Panel. In my case I set my time in the Imail section to -0500 for the current time zone. It seemed to work although some have still said it is off an hour or two. This would mean that when the time zone changes I would have to switch back to -0600. Hopefully they have addressed this in the next patch.
