We were disappointed to find out that it does not rasterize attachments.  It
also loves to jam up com ports.  Another note on this list mentions a
similar problem with the email to pager.

However, it has worked very well for a few of our e-commerce clients that
don't want to ck email all day long.  We simply set their orders to be faxed
to them and those folks just love it.

Can anyone speak to how sophisticated the e-mail to fax option is for Imail?
There really doesn't seem to be much in the manual or online about it, and
this list rarely has discussed that feature.

I guess my first basic question would be, is this feature savvy enough to
rasterize attachments (i.e. could you send a Word document via fax)?

Given the rather limited discussion on this list about the e-mail to fax
component, can I assume that the feature is not very popular/robust?
