i had the same prob with them. They are testing if you have an open
relay and if this is right they take you on a blacklist you can find it
at
http://www.webtv.net/antispam/
if you have closed your open relay you can pass the info to webtv by
using this url/form (cause they won't accept anny mail from your host):
http://www.webtv.net/antispam/liftblock.html
to check for having an open relay try this page:
http://maps.vix.com/tsi/ar-test.html
And be also aware of ORBS, many imailer's had problems with them, their
domain is: http://www.orbs.org/
