Check Task Manager - Processes - Verify that your SMTP processes have
reached the magical limit of 30 (SMTP32.exe).  On the Ipswitch knowledge
base run a query on SMTP32, it will tell you how to increase the number of
running processes before it crashes, if in fact you are running out of
SMTP32 process space.
