[IMail Forum] Adding Multiple Users

I have a file with a list of about 300 names
ie:

file.txt

user1
user2
user3
user4

etc..

Is there a batch file I could write, or a certain command line that i can use to add 
them to an imail domain on our server called pop.midlink.com ?  I do not wnat to add 
all of them manually. Can this be done easily??
