I'm surprised no one has replied to you yet... Anyhow, you don't, AFAIK,
have access to the .cgi files that IMail uses for the web interface. There
is no cgi-bin. Everything is done internally in the IMail web messaging
daemon. It uses the templates in IMail\Web in the internal .cgi files.
