I know the feeling.  There is probably not a lot they could do anyway
even if you did get hold of someone in the know there.  Sometimes
the only thing you can do is show the user a snip from your log
proving that the message was delivered to AOL.  With certain
commercial clients I will do this.

One other thing I just thought of.  Does the user have anything
in their Reply-To field in the Outlook Express client?  I have
seen this cause a problem with AOL on occasion.

I know, dusty, I tried telling the customer, that according to the best
information I have is that it gets handed off successfully to AOL and I
can't tell what happens after that...of course I tried to contact AOL and
they were no help at all....Can' help you...well can I talk to a network
