I think we cleared it up Daniel. If he just makes that user the owner then they only have admin rights for that list under the regular web interface. He does not have to set them as a list admin under user options. To allow user to admin a list, in the List Server settings, the 'local administrator' field, is the account name of the person who can admin that list via port 8181. It would show up as 'Maintain "list_name"' on the Personal area. Via port 8383, that user would also be allowed to Admin those lists that he is 'local Admininstrator'. No, you cannot allow access to just one and not the other. If you enable, in the User settings, the 'List Administrator', then he would have access to all the lists in that domain. If 'System Admininstrator', then that user would also have rights to admin Lists.
