We recently rebooted our iMail server and have noticed some strange issues.
Any help would be appreciated.
1. When submitting to a group alias (such as [EMAIL PROTECTED]) the
server responds with a "denied remote access error 550"), and is treated as
an invalid user in the logs. While this is an aliased address, it has been
treated like a local user until this reboot. The same is true of all my
group aliases. Any ideas?
2. Logging has changed. I no longer have a daily logXXXX.txt file, which
until now has listed entries like "19990617 001308 127.0.0.1 SMTPD
(4C2700DE) [192.168.1.10] connect 192.168.1.10 port 3307". Instead, all
this information is appearing in the sysXXXX.txt log, which now is bulky
with logXXXX type entries. How can I get these entries back into the
logXXXX file, and why would this have happened?
