Eduardo,
    Just this week we all talked about that here.  You can spend money on
hardware like Xedia www.xedia.com there are also software solutions out
there, but the only free or near free thing out there is to put a PC with
the Linux Operating System on it between the connection to the Internet and
the Mail server.  Linux has a free traffic shaping (Bandwidth control)
module built in to the OS.  Hope this helps.

IMAIL does not have any bandwidth limiting feature built in.
