Do you have a backup of the whole system registry?
-If Yes, then restore the Ipswitch branch under HKeyLocalMachine\Software
-If No...
Did you format the drive?
-If Yes than the user dB (if you were using the IMAIL dB) is lost.
-If No...
Did you reinstall NT in the same directory?
-If yes the registry may be intact, look in
HKeyLocalMachine\Software\Ipswitch\...
-If No then you could try a parralel install in the prior directory to see
if you can recover the registry.
