In order to get the upgrade from 4.0? to 5.0?, you have to purchase a Service contract
from IPSwitch. The major upgrades are not free. If you have already done this, call
IPSwitch and they will get you a copy!

Ok...the only patches available at
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/patches-upgrades.html are 4.07, 5.04 and
5.05. 5.04 and 5.05 only upgrade other 5.0x versions. Where do I get a
5.0-5.03 upgrade to make the cross-over from 4.07?
As a side note, they apparently never got around to releasing the 4.08
patch that was promised at the same time 5.04 was released.
