It occurs to me that there may be something fishy going on here.

I imagine several have contacted this guy privately, and implored him to go
to the form and remove himself.

I tried to remove him, but he's back.

I'm interested in knowing for certain whether or not the form allows one
person to unsubscribe another, but I'm not interested in talking at this guy
about the problem.

SOMEBODY at Ipswitch has to know who the moderator is - could that person
please put this guy on the "kill" list?

Mr. Nerd - if you are reading this - nothing personal - the "kill" list just
blocks your messages - it's not a "hit" list.
