Hi Sandeep,
First of all do you have Norton installed on the smtp server or on a
standalone machine ?
if you are trying to install on the smtp server you have to change the smtp
port number the imail
listens to other than 25 . I have tried installing notion both ways but was
not successful.
the email seems to go in a loop with Microsoft clients for some reason. If
with the info above
and some more input from your side see if you can get it working and help me
too.
There are few good articles on the Symantec web site on this setup look for
bi-directional
forwarding. at this time I have given playing with this and opted for virus
scanning at the
firewall which seems to be equally reliable.
