We are experiencing the same problem (IMAP, OE5). I have been working on
that one two. I like to isolate these issues now as closely as I can before
going direct to support... helps us both... Thanks for the reply. Not sure
yet if it is client or server, but suspect client. When I figure it out I
will post here. POP clients seem to retrieve as well as web msg when this
occurs, but not IMAP. I will try an older OE next occurrence and report.
