Why not create a user with web access enabled and route ROOT users to this
account. Works for me.

SOme minutes ago, I was told by an Ipswitch Support person that is no way to
enable the
root accounts of virtual domains in the Web Interface (That's because the
root account
does not show in the user list).
Anybody found a work around to this without going to the Imail Console on
the server???
