I have had a problem occur with my web server on several occasion where it
seems to have simply shut itself off.  Everything else seems to be running
fine.  When I go into the server manager, I have to restart it which in and
of itself presents no big problem, but I have no idea when it shut itself
off.  This affects the web based e-mail only.
