I would load windows scripting host and write a script that you can schedule to run every night using the "at" command.  This script can check the directory sizes and do what ever you want at that point.  here is a script that I wrote that checks the sub directories in any directory named users and if it is larger than 5 mb it moves it to another location.     Jeff Madison CTO, SISNA�, Inc.
