Go in to Web Messaging Manager and check
Ignore Source IP and AOL will work.

I have a customer who's using our IMail Web interface using
mail.companyname.com:8383.  He cannot authenticate.  I have tried
unsuccesfully for weeks.  He is the only one using AOL.  When I try it works
fine.  Is AOL blocking something.  THe screen works, the port works, but no
authentication.

I HAVE tried to get him to change carriers ...
