Sorry for an off topic question, I am sure you guys can help me make the decision. I am planning to open an ISP setup in Pakistan with about 50 lines. Need your advice: NT or linux/unix? What kind of tools are available for billing/accounting (including clients connection stats, etc.) on these platforms? I know unix is more reliable and linux is cheap but I am inclined towards NT because I may be able to find sys admin guys much easily for NT there.
