This problem was fixed in one of the 5.0x patches. The eval version probably isn't 5.05, after all. --Cal Frye, Western Reserve Academy, Hudson, OH, USA -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Jan Besehanic Sent: Monday, July 19, 1999 4:04 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] Scandinavian characters look very strange in iMail 5.05 eval. Importance: High Hi, I've downloaded and installed the evaluation version 5 of imail and I'm impressed with the product. However, there's a strange bug that I've discovered in this particular version. The problem is as follows: whenever I send internal email containing Scandinavian characters, they're replaced with the following strange garbage: FFFFE5FFFFC5 FFFFC4 FFFFD6 when what I really want is: This occurs when I use the webmail interface. Could someone please help me? -- Jan Besehanic email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] "Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away." - Philip K. Dick.
