Dan Nguyen,
you need to install IIS4 to do that. Do
virtual hosting on your DNS. Then copy a web template to a different
directory, use MMC to point it to that directory. If you guys need more
details, i will have to make a detailed instructions on how to do that. I
don't think the people of Ipswitch doesn't even know that it is possible coz
everytime I ask them about virtual hosting with one IP, they always said it is
not possible.

No. no exception. you can change
everything, the login and web interface of different virtual host with the
same IP!!!
