I have web messaging users complaining that messages they send using web messaging are not being word wrapped as they would be if they are using standard email client. >From my basic testing, it seems that soft returns (automatically generated by the web browser) are not converted to hard returns before being sent out. Is there any good explanation I can give to my users experiencing this problem as to why it does not work as the what would normally be expected?
