Andy,
Open the Control Panel, IMail Server, Global tab, click the Virtual Host...
button. Select the IP, change the 'Official Host Name' and click Save. If
asked 'Are you creating an new domain?", say no. Name should be changed (in
Registry, too!).
You might want to add to the Alias field (use 'space' as separator),
mail.domain.com, just in case someone is using that in email address. Can
remove later if desired.
