Ok this works but with one downfall. I no longer have the administrator abilities for
managing accounts and virtual host ect.. I get the same menu as any normal users. Any
ideas on how to get past that?

Attached is my try. Be warned that this page just contains the options
I wanted but you should be able to follow the Ipswitch pattern if you need
to recreate an option.
