The ISP in question is Mindspring and I have the problem with any pop3 
client not just Outlook. It seems likely that this is the problem. I'll call 
them today and go over it with them. It fits. I'll also review what spam 
filters are in place on the Imail host. If it is Mindspring, they'll need a 
new ISP.
