I send a welcome message to all users by including this in
a batch that is run daily after the new users are added.
We add our users manually though so the file that controls
the parameters is prepared by the front office.
imail1 -u "comments" -t "%1" -s "Welcome" -f newuser.txt
Where %1 is the user name we are sending the welcome to.
