No, are in two machines.
And I resolve the problem
adding the "DependOnService" Key with "NtLmSsp" value
in the service IWEBMSG.
Thanks
Got me! Does not sound like a proxy
problem to me anymore.

Server and web Messaging and Proxy Server
I use the proxy client, and the internal address of my
mail server is in LAT, the connection of Web Messaging is normal, but
ONLY forward option is not funcionaly, and this option ONLY not
funcionaly in intranet.
If you are using the MS Proxy client
software (I assume you are) on the IMAIL server than you need to
make sure the "internal" address of your mail server is in
the "local address table" on your proxy server, then
update your client by clicking refresh or update in the client's MSP
control Panel Applet.
