There's also a good freeware ASP Component, ASPEmail, available at www.aspemail.com.

We have never been able to get both working. Instead I would recommend install a very popular component on your server, and it is inexpensive too. ASPMAIL. This will replace CDONTS and does work with any smtp server. We use it on all our servers with great results.

Hi all.
 
We are running Imail 5.0. Also using the Imail SMTP server for many web messaging, and the list server subscribe form.  I am currently designing an asp (active server page) application that will automatically email a member when their account is almost finshed.  I need to run the Microsoft SMTP server in order to do this.  I have tried to run both SMTP servers with only bad luck.  Can anyone out there HELP ME?!?
