[IMail Forum] Mailing List

Does anyone use the IMail mailing list server for high volume
list of around 10,000 for once a week newsletter type mails?  
How is the performance?

I'm also looking for a list server that I can send emails
with "Dear [insert name here]" from a user database, if you
have any suggestions...
