I have a dedicated mail server named wcn4.wcnet.net
at IP address 216.88.248.234. The primary mail is
mail.wcnet.net using that same IP number. I have
several hundred virtual IP-less domains on the same
server.
Whenever we add a new virtual domain, the "Received from:"
changes to that new domain name, even though the mail
was sent from wcnet.net. Here is an example.
Received: from wcn4.wcnet.net (mail.trullfoundation.org [216.88.248.234])
All outgoing mail from mail.wcnet.net will use this
virtual domain name until some event (as yet discovered)
changes it back to wcnet.net, the primary domain from
which the mail was actually sent. If we add another
domain, it will change to that domain name, until the
undiscovered event changes it back to wcnet.net.
The question is.. what causes this and how can I fix it?
