[IMail Forum] Can't delete email messages

Hi

We have a user who is unable to delete email from within the IMail web interface.  He 
has no locked main.~mbx file, but does have a main.nbx.
I stopped and restarted the Web Messaging service but that had no effect.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
