Scot,
The Patch clearly states that it will update FROM 5.03, 5.04 and 5.05. If you
use this patch on an earlier version it will not work. To get to 5.05 you will
need to patch to 5.03 (at least) and patch to 5.06.
Patch will attempt to stop the IMail services, but sometimes this does not
work. To assure fastest patch time I'd suggest:
Set all IMail services to manual
Restart computer
Run patch(es)
Services should start after patching and be set to Automatic. Check to be
sure!
Do not have Control Panel open during any patch/install process.
