Actually, I think the FTP site has a batch file to stop all the services. This
will not stop any open IMail applications (Administrator and such).

Ben,

Open the Control Panel, Services and find each one that has IMail in the name.
Double click one, and you will see a screen that has the service setting.
Change from Automatic to Manual. Do for each one. T

As I said, the patch will attempt to stop all services and this happens 99.9+%
of the time. However to assure 100% (or at least as close as humanly possible)
guaranteed success, I gave the directions in previous email.
