I've experienced that problem alot of times. And if has never been fixed by
Ipswitch. And also, changing default values for mailbox size and number of
messages. Sometimes, changing it thru web based doesn't go through. When i
check it back again. Still users have the default value. It doesn't change
to the value i want to.
