Can you sit at the machine and manually test imail1.exe? In my case the problem was
something to do with double quotes around the exec string, versus
single quotes. If you test manually, you'll know if ASP/IIS are passing the correct
parameters to your imail1.exe, or if this is a server setting
problem.
Also, give some thought to who imail1.exe thinks this is "from" - if you don't allow
smtp or forwarding to certain groups then maybe that's what this
looks like to the server. Maybe use the from switch to specify the sender to make it
more acceptable to imail.
