I am running 5.06 (upgrade went smooth as butter, BTW). I log into web
messaging using an account that has 'host admin' and 'system admin' enabled.
I then click on User Administration. I cannot seem to find out how to change
a user forwarding address. It only seems to be available to the user if THEY
log into web messaging, under Personal Options.
The problem is, when I am making changes remotely for the user, I cannot log
in as them because I may not necessarily know their password. It seems that
I can change and configure everything else about the account, including
aliases and mailbox size, but cannot get to the forwarding info through
administration.
Am I missing something here?
