IMail is a bit strange at first, but once you learn the UI it's a breeze.  I do all web based admin now with custom scripts.  I wouldn't trade IMail for anything else now that I've learned it's limitations/issues.  We're all here to help each other and we usually accomplish that  ;-)  I can name a few people off the top of my head that are our IMail gods!  You guys know who you are....

the program was abear to use and I needed some handholding. I asked many times for help but got none. so someone who has mercury mail is showing me how to set it up. its at least intuative. I could add users and domains with ease.
I still hve the program if this one deon't meet my needs

the uninstall q was a bit retorical ..
I just stopped the services and rrebooted then removed the dir.
I will check the registry later
